George Carralejo has spent his life in elite arenas—from Division I college baseball to the boardrooms of some of the nation’s top healthcare companies. Currently the Senior West Region Director at CooperSurgical, George brings over two decades of experience in healthcare sales, including leadership roles with Next Molecular Analytics. He is a four-time Presidents Club winner recognized for performance, team building, and results.

Before his corporate ascent, George spent 17 years coaching baseball at both the high school and collegiate levels. His coaching resume includes a 2013 CIF Championship, a 2023 California State Championship, and multiple Final Four appearances. These victories were more than just athletic milestones—they were reflections of his lifelong commitment to excellence, mentorship, and discipline.
